Q: Will this work on all social media platforms?

A: It works on any device, or platform that supports the Unicode standard which governs emojis as well. So far we've tested 25 platforms and we'll be adding more soon as soon as we verify that they support it.

Q: I've seen other 'free' tools out there that do the same thing. Why is yours different or better?

A: I wrote this tool because I was writing a 2,000 word sales letter and wanted to post it on Facebook. After doing 100 copy and pastes with the 'free' tools out there, I decided that there had to be a simpler way to do this. So we wrote version 1.0 which converted from a Google doc directly into the Unicode standard. After that we just kept improving the software and made it simpler. Recently we rebuilt the entire engine completely from scratch so that you can edit your posts on mobile phones, save them and share them.

Q: What are SNAPS? How do I get more of them?

A: Snaps are where our software 'scans' what you wrote for stylized text and then converts it into univerally readable 'code' that is visible on any device, computer or phone. This is the language of emojis. So your bold lettering is actually an emoji of the letter. This clever technique allows you also to remove. Each month and sometimes even more often we have a live special event. With SociSNAP Lite, it is a pay or 'play' as you go plan. Simply show up to our live events and receive some snap codes. It's an idea we're trying to encourage more participation. The Inner Circle ($49/mo) and PRO plans ($99/mo) come with unlimited snap codes. You can upgrade to any of these plans at any time, or simply reach out to us on our Discord channel when you run out. We're all a family working on making Social media and email more fun!

Q: What is the magic button?

A: It scans your content and looks for 'spam' words. These words cause problems if you try to EMAIL them. We recommend you use our built-in marketing thesaurus or simply remove the words. They will be conveniently highlighted for you when you click the magic button. Scroll up earlier in the page to see a GIF animation/video that shows the magic button in action.

Q: How often are you updating SociSNAP?

A: We continually improve it based on customer feedback and feature requests from our Facebook, Skype and Discord Groups. We are committed that our software is the #1 tool of its kind anywhere on the internet and it is.

Q: What are coupon codes? How do I get them?

A: Check your email or search for 'Socisnap coupon'. We issue special coupon codes for select marketing partners so we can be sure that they receive their commissions for promoting the product. If a coupon says 'expired' then that offer is closed. Search online or ask one of our members for their coupon code.

Q: How how can I access the other social media accounts with your software?
A: Just paste from your clipboard into those accounts. Our software works with hundreds of social media platforms because the post is written to your clipboard. We do not connect with any third parties like a post planner because that means we would be limited to only a few social sites. Instead we write the post to the clipboard and you can paste it anywhere that can accept the enhanced formatting. Basically any device that accepts emojis will work such as phones and computers.
